Pricing

Priced by trucks. Published in full.

You pay for the trucks you run. Drivers, office staff, containers, customers and jobs are unlimited on every plan — charging you per driver would just make you ration the thing that has to be in every cab. There is no “contact us” tier and no per-seat arithmetic.

Over twenty trucks?

Fleet is still $499 and there is no truck ceiling. We’d rather say plainly what we built: every decision here assumes an owner who still knows each driver by name, so a large fleet will find reporting we have not written yet. Take the thirty days and tell us what is missing.

Budget for the connections, too

The subscription is one part of operating cost. Payments, messaging, accounting and road-network services depend on configured providers and may have their own charges. Managed websites, local SEO and a native Desktop accounting connector are not included.

Fair questions

The ones operators actually ask, answered without a sales call.

What counts as a truck?
A roll-off truck that runs routes. Spares and the mechanic’s truck do not count. Drivers are unlimited on every plan — we will never charge you for the person we most need using the app.
We run more than 20 trucks. Can we use this?
Yes, and Fleet is still $499 — there is no truck ceiling and no call to have about one. Do go in knowing what we built: every decision here assumes an owner who still knows each driver by name, so a large fleet will find reporting we have not written yet. Take the 30 days and tell us what is missing.
Can I get my data out?
Reports and accounting workflows provide tabular exports. Check the available fields and reconcile a sample before moving systems. A CSV does not include the underlying photo files; ticket evidence is accessed separately in the product.
Does it work with my accounting?
QuickBooks Online sync requires provider authorization and account mappings. Accounting exports need testing in your exact package. There is no native QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise connector; photo evidence is separate from accounting files.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan or you do not. Nothing bills automatically, because we never took a card. If you stop, your data is still yours to export.
My drivers hate apps. Why is this different?
Because the complaints your drivers have are the specification. Capture saves to the device before the network is involved, the layout does not move under a thumb, and a session lasts a full shift. Put it on one truck for a week and let them tell you.

Not a competitor grid. This is the comparison that actually matters when you’re deciding on a Sunday night: the spreadsheet and the group chat, or this.
