Rule 01
Saved to the phone first
Every photo, signature and ticket is written to the device before we attempt a single byte of upload. A completed job is completed. The network’s opinion arrives later and changes nothing.

Dead zones are the spec
The route, the addresses and the notes are on the phone before the truck leaves the yard, and map coverage is whatever was loaded while there was signal. Nothing about finishing a job needs a connection. When one appears, the outbox empties itself.

The complete button never moves
The action bar is a fixed region at the bottom of every screen. Its space exists before anything has loaded, so a late-arriving element cannot push it under a thumb that is already coming down.

No six-in-the-morning login
The session lasts the working day and renews itself while connected. A driver signs in once, on the day you hand them the phone. A revoked session says so in words rather than dropping them at the first stop.

Translated, not machine-guessed
The words a driver acts on — drop, pull, swap, complete, queued — are written by someone who has been in the cab, in both languages. Button positions and glyphs are identical, so a bilingual crew can hand a phone across without re-learning anything.
The glyph carries the meaning even when the word is the other language.
Check your phones before the first shift
Initial setup and an uncached day need connectivity. Clearing browser storage or losing a device can remove unsynced captures; keep local data until the office confirms receipt.
Put it in your worst-tempered driver’s hand first
Thirty days free, and drivers are never charged for by the seat on any plan. If the crew won’t use it, you’ve lost nothing but a week of their grumbling.
